Did God Know Eve would eat the apple?

The Bible says, "God is All Mighty, All Knowing, Omniscient, Eternal and the epitome of Good". Did God know in advance that Eve would be charmed by the snake, and would eventually bite the apple? Was the snake a metaphor? When Adam bit the apple, just as Eve did, was that the first inference of bisexuality? Are there any inferences portrayed in the Bible that will address and answer these questions. Thank You
