Ouincy Edwards, The 9th Legend, formerly known as 9th HipHop, was born July 9,1981. In Shreveport, Louisiana. He moved to Charlotte, North Carolina at the age of twelve. Where he began making music at the age of 14 years old. He was taught by his Uncle Jose the art and technique of the style. Featured on Dante and Calabrese's Rap Revival System album in Charlotte, North Carolina. His unique style for word play is very creative and a sound that is inspirational to the dome and the soul. It touches many in a way that can be compared to mesmerizing. The 9th Legend has a motto that expresses power flow and beat, the beat down productions. His album Proper Sitten will be in stores this December. There's a gift for every ones soul that can inspire someone to want to buy his future albums. Working beside the great Trusista, he has learned a lot about elevating the mind through poetry. He has traveled the world twice and has seen things for what they are and not for what they appear to be. He says "He's not giving up on his dreams.
