Michael “Walla” Woolard has an unusual breakthrough sound some would even call odd.  His style of music is eclectic and futuristic.  He definitely has an agenda to change the way music is heard.  Walla got an early start in the music industry.  Under the direction of music legends Teddy Riley and Leon Sylvers, Walla and his group Natural Blend landed a record deal with Dream Works and wrote, produced, and arranged for prominent artist like Mary J. Blige, Guy, and Black Street.  Walla is the combination of an amazing producer and extreme vocalist in one.

Some of the biggest artist and producers have come out of Virginia like:  Timbaland, Missy Elliot, Chris Brown, Pharrell and the Neptunes.  Walla and one of the newest producers from Virginia, Nate “Danja” Hills have been working together for over 5 years.  This dynamic team has created a new sound that is unparallel in the music industry today.  After dominating the independent music scene in Virginia for the last 3 years, Walla is now primed for main stream exposure.  You will not see or hear anything like his sound.  Every once in a while a new sound comes along that is fresh and innovative.  Michael “Walla” is that sound that sparks the human spirit and causes a movement.
