J.R. worked with Wilhelmina Models in 1999--2000. He also writes, hosts, acts and is motivational speaker. He is currently working with the writer of the movie Dayz of our Youth, and on an upcoming movie, The Black Rain. J.R. is 5'9", 189lbs and athletic. He has many credits including print work for Essence (2004), considerable acting and extra work (2003 to current) and he also raps.
