Tired if being tired......

Tired of being tired, waking up working, feeding the kids, watching the kids, cooking, cleaning, laundry all at the same time...

Tired of being tired, 24 hours in a day minus the 4 hours of sleep putting in 20 hours a day playing the role of mother and father...

Tired of being tired, not enough that you have 4 sets of arms and legs trying to maintain order in your own house but yet you play referee, banker, cab driver, counselor, etc to everyone around you...

Tired of being tired, did I not mentioned the late nite studying trying to keep the grades up in class...while everyone else sleeps or sits on their ass.....

Tired of being tired, when you separated and the role of father becomes yours bc now bc he's no longer in the household time with the kids is limited.....

Tired of being tired, I'm ready to throw my hands up and give up just like everyone else and say fuc it get me a sac of endo blow until I can't blow no more....

Tired of being tired, if it wasn't for my three kids and me being the strong blac woman that I am...I wouldn't gave up long fuccn time ago...

So see no matter how tired of being tired I am...I still must drag myself along and keep it going, cuz if I don't do it, the next muthafucca won't either....

I just had to get that off my chest.......

Well... I guess I left the door open. You are supposed to be registered to post but I am glad that you shared a piece of your mind with us.

I figure we have all been there. And if we haven't been there yet, it is likely that the day will come. The key for me is that no matter how frustrating it is getting there I just can't let myself stay there.
